More than 75 years ago, the California Farm Bureau Federation (CFBF) was established to protect and promote agricultural interests throughout the state of California. The largest farm organization in the state, CFBF represents farmers, ranchers and other Californians in legal, legislative and utility matters, public information and education, advancing the public interest in agriculture and many other areas.

The California Farm Bureau Health Insurance Plans for California Farm Bureau members combine customer choice with the financial strength of Health Net Life Insurance. You also have access to many insurance benefits that typically are only available in employee-sponsored plans:

choice of more than 50,000 doctors and 300 hospitals in the Health Net Life network

deductibles from $0 to $4,800

affordable co-pays from $20 to $40 for in-network doctor office visits

prescription drug benefit

annual preventive care benefits for adults and children

These plans are offered by Health Net Life and the California Farm Bureau Federation for individuals under age 65.

The Plans

CFB Saver health plan

A qualified health insurance plan eligible to be used with a Health Savings Account (HSA). This plan offers 100% in-network coverage once your calendar year deductible has been met.

 

CFB Lifestyle health plans

Offers 100% in-network coverage after deductible has been met; deductible waived for first 4 visits of any combination of Professional Services and Preventive Care.

 

CFB Choice health plan

One of our lowest premium plans that combines a high deductible with the added convenience of upfront coverage. Subscriber-only plan.

 

CFB Classic health plan

A $0 deductible plan designed for the active, healthy consumer. Subscriber-only plan.
